Django Chutney and Mike Hatchard

Pianist Mike Hatchard and Django Chutney join forces for another night of gypsy jazz at Kino-Teatr.

Django Chutney mix tight three-part vocal harmonies reminiscent of the Mills Brothers and the Ink Spots with virtuoso guitar, slap bass and plenty of tongue-in-cheek humour, roaming from New Orleans jazz to Chicago blues and Parisian musette. Mike is one of the best jazz pianists in the south of England and can switch style and mood in an instant.
