Eastbourne's big trail running weekend returns for its 46th year. Runners set off from the seafront on the South Downs Way and head up onto the Downs, with the marathon course taking in Jevington, Alfriston and Litlington before returning to Dukes Drive. The 10K loops out to Belle Tout Lighthouse and back, and the Ultra combines the marathon and 10K routes.

It is a lively weekend to come and cheer, and the event gives donations each year to local volunteer groups and charities.
