It’s all about YOU!

Busy lives and stressful jobs take their toll. It’s important to take time for ourselves we are holding a health & wellbeing event with various stallholders (including Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Chiropractic) and professional wellbeing experts giving talks and advice. So come along and indulge yourself! We’ve also got fresh brewed coffee, tea and biscuits, coz they never fail to boost our mood!
