A glimpse into their world on the boards and off with the intrigues, bawdiness, struggles and laughter found in a theatre ruled by the actor manager and frequented by Kings and commoners. April De Angelis’ witty script shares deliciously absurd extracts from the repertory; there is glitter and glamour but we are never far from the gutter. Come and join the infamous Nell Gwynn and her contemporaries in Restoration London for a riotous evening at the theatre.
