Take over Towner for the first Family Day of the new school year. Join artists Ting Cheng and Rose Miller to make imaginative masks from cardboard, leaves, fabric and other curious materials, create familiars with dough, and speed sculpt in the giant lift.

It is a playful day inspired by autumn, folklore and the stories we invent together. Drop in at any time from 12pm to 4pm. A free ticket is required and can be booked in advance. A relaxed Quiet Hour runs from 11am to 12pm, with limited numbers. Caregivers must stay with their children.
