The Hippy Soul Sound

The Hippy Soul Sound bring the original songs of singer-songwriter Gail Edmunds to Barnaby’s Lounge, blending soul, reggae, blues and jazz with Gail’s rich, powerful vocals and acoustic guitar. Gail has performed internationally with artists including Eddie Floyd and Terence Trent D’Arby, and is the niece of legendary Jamaican trombonist Rico Rodriguez.

With the uplifting spirit of “Hippy Soul” at its heart, expect warm grooves, soulful songwriting and plenty of feel-good energy. Their Fire In Your Soul EP captures the sound perfectly. A special Sunday afternoon of live music — early table booking recommended.
