Open to adults of all ages, this is a gentle, non-strenuous wellbeing session.
Adults £10 per person.

This is a calm, family-friendly wellbeing session.
Adults are the main participants.
Children are welcome to observe or join gently alongside their parent or carer.
Anyone who is unable to stand is very welcome to take part while seated.
Please wear comfortable clothing, such as a T-shirt, tracksuit bottoms, or any shoes you feel comfortable moving in.
