October Unpacked is Back!

A major month-long cultural festival is taking place across Brighton & Hove from 1–31 October 2026. Featuring more than 100 events and activities across multiple venues, the programme brings together several of the city’s distinctive autumn festivals, spanning food, drink, art and performance, in one vibrant celebration.

Highlights include a month long Taste Trail with offers at some of the city’s best restaurants, bars and pubs, an Italian Festival with a street party, opera and Spaghetti Disco, and the Brighton Dome Comedy Festival in partnership with Komedia - bringing together stand-up, podcasts and workshops with big names and rising stars on the bill.

The programme has performances at some of the city’s best-known cultural venues alongside supper clubs, markets, film screenings and family fun, reminding visitors there’s more than just harvest and Halloween in Brighton this autumn.

Created by Brighton & Hove Tourism Alliance in 2025, the festival showcases the seaside city's year-round appeal beyond the summer season.
